My Personal Metrics (KPIs)
🤷🏽♂️ It’s proven and well established that “you cannot improve something that you cannot measure!” — and it applies to absolutely everything, right from your performance in academics to the number of steps you walk for losing calories. Right from a digital product you develop to measuring the success of a platform you create. 🍄
If its measurable, there are high chances of improving it. 💡
The measurable units are called to be Metrics! ✅
A few weeks ago, I was preparing for an interviews for a certain Product’s Organization. 🙋🏻♂️
I thought if in case the interviewer does not come prepared with specific questions, I should be upfront and have something substantial prepared for myself — and made sure I have a deck of 5 slides prepared in order to convince them about my competencies. 😇
🚀Since this was a products Organization, I curated the deck in a way just to align my thoughts and ideas suitable for the organization and the objective of interview.
A slide on my personal metric was highlighted in this interview and it fortunately impressed the interviewer — result — I bagged the job. 😅
